This beautiful José Ramirez model 1A guitar built in 1979 bears the number 9 attributed to luthier Juan Garcia Rey. We find in this instrument all the qualities of the best Ramirez of that period: power, balance, round and percussive basses, colored, flexible and singing trebles, with that expressive timbre, that sonorous presence and that typically Madrid musicality which made the success of these guitars.
