Olivier Pozzo was born in 1962 in the Paris area. He began by working in the industrial sector, before turning to cabinetmaking and woodworking. After a two-year tour of France with luthiers, he opened his first workshop in Lodève in 1997, before settling in Nîmes in 2002.
This superb guitar is the "Roland Dyens" model. The aesthetic is sober and elegant, and the craftsmanship is perfectly executed. The notes are clear, colorful, dense and rich in harmonics. The timbre, warm and woody, offers great musical expressiveness. Olivier Pozzo has applied all the know-how and experience he has acquired over the years to live up to the illustrious name given to this guitar, and the results are there for all to see: in this beautiful instrument, we find the quintessence of the Nîmes luthier's work.
