In 1915 Domingo Esteso left the workshop of Manuel Ramirez and opened his own, Calle Gravina 7 in Madrid. A few years later, he would train his nephews Faustino, Mariano and Julio, who were to perpetuate his craftsmanship after his death in 1937.
Created in the early 50s, their “Media Luna” model has contributed to the reputation of Conde Hermanos.
