"This guitar is a facsimile of an instrument made by René Lacôte in 1826. This guitar was brought to me for a conservation-restoration work. I took this opportunity to make a precise layout of its measurements, of the joining techniques, the types of wood, glues et varnished that Lacôte used in order to make this copy as close to the original as possible. I wanted to propose to romantic music performers a contemporary-made instrument with the same characteristics as the beautiful Lacôte guitar."
