Nicolas Lamoureux is based in Neuvic in Corrèze. He trained as a classical guitarist at the Conservatoire de Nancy. He then turned to cinema, animation and architecture. He worked as a 3D graphic designer in Paris for about ten years. Continuing to practice the guitar, he is interested in the history of guitar making and the elements that will change the character of this instrument. Thus, after having successfully built his first guitar, he started to build guitars, which became his main activity.
This guitar is inspired by the Torres SE117. It is the smallest size built by Antonio de Torres. The lutherie is of good workmanship, the aesthetics is nice. It surprises by its extreme lightness (865 grams) with a scale of 60.4 cm. Reactive, well-balanced and vibrant, it is an instrument with a singular character, pleasant and easy to play: a nice way to go back to the 19th century.
